Was having trouble last night figuring out how to present it within the yaml and commented it out, intending to return to it -- but forgot to search my todos this morning. Doing so now.

The setup of a service isn't really a continuation of the previous. Basically you can run a mongod as a service.
So, the logic was, you're on windows. You download and set up your mongod and connect and you're like okay. this works. Now, instead of having to manually start mongod, you decide instead to set up a service.

Oh, and definitely the title shouldn't be using the word install. I know it was there before, but it might be ambiguous since the page is install mongodb enterprise.
